Training & Internship Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the Training and Internship Program offered by Panthar Infohub Pvt. Ltd. By enrolling in this program, participantsunconditionally agree to comply with these T&C. Any violation will result in immediate termination and legal consequences where applicable.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The program is exclusively open to students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any recognized institution.
• Priority will be given to 1st and 2nd-year students.
• Participants must provide valid identification and academic proof before enrollment.
• False information or misrepresentation will lead to permanent blacklisting from the program.

3. Program Structure

• The program consists of a 1-month intensive training phase followed by a 2-month internship with strict monitoring and performance evaluation.
• The training will be conducted in both virtual and physical modes, and switching modes arbitrarily is not allowed.
• Full attendance is compulsory; any absenteeism beyond the permitted limit will result in dismissal without certification.

4. Fees and Payment

• All applicable fees must be paid in full before the program begins. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification.
• Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except when the program is officially canceled by Panthar Infohub Pvt. Ltd.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain the highest level of professionalism, discipline, and ethical behavior.
• Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of company policies will lead to immediate termination and possible legal action.
• Disrespect towards trainers, staff, or fellow participants will not be tolerated and will result in instant removal from the program.

6. Certification and Placement Assistance

• A certificate of completion will only be awarded to participants who strictly adhere to all rules and successfully complete both the training and internship phases.
• Placement assistance is provided as an additional benefit, but securing a job is entirely based on participant performance and is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Any project, code, or intellectual property developed during the internship will be the sole property of Panthar Infohub Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of company materials will result in legal consequences.

8. Confidentiality

• Participants must uphold the confidentiality of all company information and client data.
• Any breach of confidentiality, including unauthorized sharing of internal information, will result in severe legal repercussions.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• Panthar Infohub Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the program.
• Participants must take full responsibility for their actions and agree to indemnify the company against any claims arising from their conduct.

10. Amendments and Termination

• Panthar Infohub Pvt. Ltd. reserves the absolute right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice.
• The company retains the authority to terminate a participant’s enrollment at its sole discretion for any breach of these T&C or other misconduct.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These T&C shall be governed strictly by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration in Mumbai, India. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
